We are seeking a confident and capable Property Manager to join our dynamic team. Our Property Managers are travelling between properties for a large proportion of their time and whilst managing the properties, this is a physically demanding role and will really suit someone who does not just want to sit behind a desk. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential propertiesConduct regular property inspections and arrange necessary maintenanceHandle tenant communications, resolve issues, and ensure satisfactionLiaise with landlords, contractors, and service providersEnsure compliance with all property legislation and safety regulationsMaintain accurate records and update property management systemsBe prepared to do what's needed (cleaning, maintenance, rubbish removal) to get the property ready before a tenant moves in.
