This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them thrive in the classroom.Your Role Will Involve: Providing classroom and 1:1 support to students with SEN or additional learning needsAssisting teachers with behaviour management and lesson deliveryHelping students build confidence, regulate emotions, and stay engaged with learningWorking closely with the SENCO and pastoral teams to deliver targeted supportWe Are Looking For Someone Who:Has experience supporting children or young people in a school, care, or youth work settingIs calm, reliable, and able to work well as part of a teamIs passionate about inclusive education and making a positive impactHolds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service What’s In It For You: Competitive daily rate: £85–£120 per dayTerm-time only (full-time hours)Supportive school environment and professional development opportunitiesValuable experience for future roles in education, psychology, or social care Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks; including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
