About our Clients Our Clients large and busy Nursery in Fleet, are now seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the day to day running of the Nursery, supporting the team and families. Based on a 41 hr working week, 4.5 days, our Clients are offering a salary c£43k together with a £5k achievable bonus, also with great benefits. RequirementsWhat are Clients are looking for Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare. At least 4 years experience of working within a day nurseryExperience of a management role, in leading and supporting a teams. Understanding of the Ofsted Requirements and up to date knowledge of all changes in Ofsted or the CurriculumA genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life. A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum. Inspirational, passionate and supportive leadership skillsForm bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
