Job Title: Full-Time Orthodontic Receptionist Location: Amersham Salary: £14-£16 per hour Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are seeking a confident, organised, and people-focused Orthodontic Receptionist to join a busy, high-quality private orthodontic clinic. About the Practice: A modern and respected specialist orthodontic clinic offering: Invisalign and clear aligner systems Fixed and removable braces Cosmetic orthodontics Early intervention treatments Retention and ongoing aftercare You'll be joining a supportive team that delivers exceptional care and prides itself on a professional, welcoming environment. What You'll Be Doing: Greeting patients and managing all front-of-house responsibilities Handling phone calls, emails, and new patient enquiries Managing the diary and coordinating daily patient flow Maintaining accurate patient records and using orthodontic/dental software Processing payments and supporting administrative tasks Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth patient journey Supporting clinicians and the wider team with day-to-day operations What We're Looking For: Experience in dental or orthodontic reception Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisation and confidence multitasking in a busy setting Good computer skills and the ability to learn practice systems quickly Friendly, professional, and reliable team player What You'll Get: A full-time permanent role in a respected private practice Competitive salary Supportive team environment Opportunity to build experience within specialist orthodontics If you're proactive, patient-focused, and ready to take on a key role within a specialist clinic, we'd love to hear from you.
