A leading national independent financial advice and investment management group is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to take on an established client book from an adviser approaching retirement. The position offers a structured handover period, strong internal support, and a professional environment focused on high-quality, compliant financial planning. The role involves maintaining long-standing client relationships, delivering advice in line with FCA standards, and collaborating closely with paraplanners and support teams to ensure a smooth transition. It is well suited to a technically strong, client-focused adviser with experience supporting high-net-worth clients within a robust compliance framework. Applicants should hold a Level 4 qualification (DipPFS, DipFA, or CISI Level 4 Diploma), be chartered or working towards chartered status, and have a minimum of 3–5 years in a comparable advisory role. Experience with Intelligent Office is advantageous. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
