If so, we would love to hear from you!About the Role: We are seeking a caring and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join an inclusive SEN primary school in the Portsmouth area. You will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, providing individualised support to help them engage confidently in their learning.Your Responsibilities Will Include: Providing 1:1 or small-group support to children with a variety of SEN needs Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, accessible learning activities Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation and social development Helping to create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children (SEN experience is an advantage but not essential) A patient, compassionate and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting young learners Flexibility with working hours Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
