Shift patterns include Monday-Saturday 07:00-14:30 or 14:30-22:00/ Sunday 10:00-16:00Salary: £13.32 per hourOption to have weekly or monthly pay. What’s in it for you? About the role: Must hold a valid SIA licenceMaintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnelAct as a strong and visible deterrent within the storeRespond appropriately to any incidents or issues that arise while on dutyDeal with difficult situations in a safe, calm, and professional mannerCarry out regular store patrolsComplete accurate and detailed reports, including observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activitiesMonitor and operate CCTV systems as requiredProvide professional, proactive customer serviceWork effectively as part of a team to meet customer and store requirementsPrevious retail security experience is essentialConflict management experience is essentialFull uniform provided following successful completion of store inductionMust be flexible and able to work days, evenings, and weekends About you: Excellent communication & customer service skills.Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one.A full five-year checkable employment history.Own transport is preferred.
