The role will involve working with small groups of students, supporting them in overcoming barriers to learning through positive behaviour management and engaging, student-centred approaches.RequirementsThe desired Behaviour Support Assistant will: Be confident in behaviour management skills to de-escalate any threatening or aggressive behaviour.To mentor and engage with the students, delivering specifically designed educational packages.
