Job Overview:Working alongside your team of Optical Assistants and an Optometrist you will be managing the clinics and leading the store and team providing patients with cost effective optical products and a superb customer experienceYou will undertake the day to day management of the store ensuring the right ethos and culture is maintained and developed.Must be registered with the GOCDuties:Assist all types of customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on prescriptions and style preferencesConduct precise fittings to ensure comfort and functionality of eyeglassesUtilise your knowledge to educate clients on lens options and frame featuresManage single to double testing clinics, ensuring smooth workflow and patient satisfactionCollaborate with the laboratory team to ensure accurate lens preparation and timely deliveryMaintain a well-organised dispensary and manage administrative tasks efficientlyRequirementsExperience:Must be registered with the GOCPrevious experience in optical dispensing is requiredFamiliarity with laboratory processes is a plusJoin our team of dedicated professionals who prioritise quality care and customer satisfaction.
