Job Role: Security Team LeaderWorking Hours: Varied schedule - average 42-48 hours per weekPay: £13.93 per hourLocation: Marlands Shopping Centre, Southampton, SO14 7SJReporting to: Contracts ManagerOverviewTo support our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced Security Team Leader to join our established security team based at The Marlands Shopping Centre in Southampton.As Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the site security team, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard. You will be required to provide a high level of customer service to visitors in the centre, complete patrols and remain vigilant at all times. The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence as a minimum and a CCTV Licence is preferred. Duties include:Protecting the client’s property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and site-specific proceduresPreventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing offenders of policy and proceduresAssisting the Control Room and CCTV operation including all files and documentation to meet all data protection requirements of GDPR, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and the Data Processor (Centre Manager).Oversee all day-to-day security operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to safety protocols. Ensure cleaning schedules are being followed. Manager contractor work permit procedures.Ensure all necessary health and safety inspections/patrols are completed to maintain compliance of site procedures.
