This prestigious firm prioritize building enduring relationships with their clients, ranging from individuals to multinational corporations, proactively identifying opportunities in an ever-changing business landscape. Their agile approach ensures timely, insightful conversations with clients to address present and future goals and business needs.As an Audit Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met while optimizing portfolio revenue through the delivery of audit services. Efficient resource management and workflow coordination with the management team are key responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently plan, control, and review client work, optimizing resource allocationConduct pre-audit meetings to identify key business impacts and areas of focusMonitor work progress, ensuring timely completion and profitabilityPrepare fee schedules, billing, and management lettersConduct regular appraisals and training for staff developmentUndertake specific office responsibilities as assignedIdentify opportunities for additional services and new clientsParticipate in ad-hoc projects and value-added servicesRequirementsACA/ACCA qualification or equivalentOver 3 years post-qualification experience in a practice environmentUp-to-date knowledge of accounting standardsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suiteStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and client focusAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilityAdaptability and resilience in a dynamic environmentBenefitsSalary circa £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience and qualification statusGenuine Work-Life Balance33 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus optional additional daysEnhanced Succession Planning ProgramCar Lease SchemeHybrid working scheme and flexible working hoursPlease contact Joe Potter on 01882206677 (tel), 07386668225 (mob), joe@tpfrecruitment.com, or via LinkedIn for a confidential conversation.
