Position: Maths Teacher (KS3 & KS4) Location: Islington, London Contract: Fixed-Term (January - July) Salary: London MPS/UPS As a Secondary Maths Teacher on supply for this Client, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Maths lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Demonstrate a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks Use a range of effective teaching strategies to support students of varying abilities and needs Adapt confidently to new classroom environments and contribute positively to the school's ethos Support the development of students' problem-solving and analytical skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification Experience teaching Maths at KS3 & KS4 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Sound planning, assessment and differentiation knowledge Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) Overseas police checks if applicable Professional references covering the last 10 years where possible Legal right to work in the UK This Client is a diverse and inclusive secondary school located in the heart of Islington.
