Teaching Assistant - Primary School (Oldham) Start Date: December 2025 Contract: Full-time, Long-term Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a hardworking, engaging, and passionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a welcoming Primary School in Oldham. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone who is committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Carry out general Teaching Assistant duties to support learning across the classroom Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs in small groups or on a 1:1 basis Uphold high expectations and support the implementation of behavioural policies Work with SEND pupils who have EHCPs and IEPs, helping them access learning effectively During your time with Tradewind, you will receive full support, including access to CPD training through the National College, as well as an exceptional level of service from our team. Requirements Previous experience working in a school setting Enhanced Child-Only DBS registered on the Update Service Right to work in the UK Satisfactory references Pay Daily rate: £90-£95 per day, with the potential to be paid to scale.
