A leading firm, with one of the best private funds practices in the City, our client is looking to recruit an associate, preferably England & Wales qualified and with at least 1 year’s post qualified experience in another leading UK or US funds practice. This practice has a broad offering, covering the full range of private fundraising and formation work. Experience of working with European funds and private credit would be of particular interest. The firm runs an excellent formal training and associate development programme and there is senior knowledge lawyer support.
