We are recruiting an interesting and varied Accounts Assistant opportunity for a small but growing accountancy Practice in the Perth / Crieff area.To be considered, you MUST have UK accountancy Practice experience to include working with owner-managed and small business clients (e.g. FRS 102 for small companies and FRS 105 for micro-entities).We are looking for someone with an appropriate background. This will suit an AAT 2 / 3.This is an office-based role. You should currently live within reasonable travel distance of Crieff. You must have the right to work in the UK. There is no sponsorship or visa support for this job.As part of a warm, friendly and supportive team, you’ll provide support to a qualified Accountant, part qualified Accountant, and Partner on a variety of client accounts.To be considered, you will need 3 or 4 years’ + experience ofData processing / input and verification of dataSales and purchase ledgersInvoice, cash and bank reconciliationsAssisting with the preparation of P&LsSelf assessmentsHelping prepare final accountsAssisting with the preparation of payroll runsMaking enquiries with HMRCAd hoc reportingExcel spreadsheetsUse of Xero or similarJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
