Protocol Education is looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant who can bring calm, connection and patience to pupils who need a bit more support to feel settled and successful in the classroom.You don’t need years of experience. If you’ve worked with young people before, supported others through tough moments or studied something related to behaviour or wellbeing, that’s a great start.
