This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive setting, with scope to develop your administrative and communication skills.In the Administrative Support Assistant role, you will be: Carrying out data inputting with accuracy and attention to detail Scanning, photocopying, and completing general office administration tasks Using computer systems confidently to manage day-to-day work Handling telephone calls with a clear and professional manner Supporting colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflowsSuccessful candidate MUST have previous experience working in the NHS and using their systems To be successful, you will need: Successful candidate MUST have previous experience working in the NHS and using their systems Strong IT skills and confidence in using standard office software A great telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to work effectively within a busy team environment Welsh language skills are an advantage, though not essential This is a full-time, temporary role working for around 1 month, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (37 hours per week), with an hourly rate of £12.98 per hour PLUS holiday pay.
