The Role: As a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser with Eight Mortgages, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own clients while benefiting from our strong brand and full compliance support.. You’ll deliver professional, FCA-compliant mortgage and protection advice, providing clients with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Manage your own pipeline from lead generation through to completion.Keep up to date with lender criteria, market developments, and FCA regulations.Ensure all advice and documentation meets compliance and quality standards.Deliver an exceptional client experience built on trust, transparency, and service.RequirementsCeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential.
