Job DescriptionWhat will you be doing? We are looking for a Senior AIV engineer with proven experience in space projects, capable of leading integration and verification activities and ensuring spacecraft hardware and software are fully tested and ready for mission delivery.Your main responsibilities will be: Develop and maintain AIV plans for spacecraft projects.Coordinate integration and verification activities across subsystems and teams.Plan resources and schedules to meet project requirements.Prepare, maintain, and operate test environments and test rigs.Manage hardware models, electrical layouts, and harness assemblies.Ensure proper configuration management for all test equipment and software.Support troubleshooting of hardware/software issues during testing.Monitor test progress, document results, and report on milestone achievements.Contribute to continuous improvement of AIV methods, tools, and processes.Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.Who are we looking for?
