About the Home: Residential Care provides high‑quality Nursing Care and Dementia Residential Care in a supportive environment.
Position: Team Leader / Nursing Assistant - Nights
Shift Details:
19:30 - 08:00
Every other weekend is mandatory
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 preferred
Strong leadership skills
Knowledge and experience in medication administration
Care plan writing and assessments
Responsibilities:
Administering medication
Updating care plans and assessments
Checking carers' documentation
Preparing handover notes and delivering handovers
Reporting to and assisting the Nurse in charge (no need to be nurse‑qualified)
