Our client, based in East London, is currently recruiting for a Resident Experience Assistant on a 6 month temporary contract.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £17.03 per hour (PAYE) and the candidate will be required to work in the office full time.The ideal candidate will have experience working in housing and resident experience, and will have previously used trackers and spreadsheets.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Maintaining and updating systems, databases and trackersArranging and recording appointments, and dealing with complaints, access cases and performance reportingLiaising with residents, internal teams, contractors, solicitors and suppliers to resolve queries, schedule work and support service deliveryFollowing organisational policies, procedures and codes of conductSupporting problem-solving and service improvements Experience required: Experience required in Social HousingExperience working with trackers and spreadsheets Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Customer service and communicationOrganisation and administrationKnowledge of housing processesIT and digital skillsConflict resolution and de-escalation Working hours: 35 hours per weekMonday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
