Level 3 Teaching Assistant – KS1 Class Location: Blackpool Start Date: January 2026Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in a Year 1 classroom, helping them thrive academically and socially.Role Overview: Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups.Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.Contribute to the planning and assessment process where required. Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).Experience supporting children in Key Stage 1.Strong communication skills and a passion for helping young learners succeed.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
