About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive and supportive school in Luton. In this role, you’ll work closely with children who have a range of additional needs, providing tailored support both inside and outside the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SENAssist pupils during lessons, breaks, and lunchtimesSupport the class teacher with daily classroom activitiesHelp maintain a safe, organised, and engaging learning environmentFoster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all pupils
