Level 3 Teaching Assistant – SEN Unit Location: Fleetwood Start Date: January 2026Teaching Personnel are looking for a compassionate and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Fleetwood. This role is based within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) unit, working with primary-aged children who have a range of additional needs.Role Overview: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with varying SEN requirements.Assist with personalised learning plans and adapt activities to meet individual needs.Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being in a nurturing environment.Work collaboratively with teachers and the SEN team to ensure every child can thrive. Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language needs).Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.Ability to work flexibly and respond to individual pupil needs.
