7. Learning Support Assistant (LSA), East Grinstead Rate: £90–£110/day Contract: Day-to-day supply, permanent, temp to perm Location: East Grinstead and surrounding areasResponsibilities: Provide classroom support for pupils with learning difficulties or SEN Assist with literacy, numeracy, and structured catch-up interventions Support pupils during independent work and transitions Adapt worksheets and resources to meet individual learner needs Help monitor pupil behaviour, progress, and wellbeing Promote independence, self-regulation, and social skills Requirements / Advantages: Driving licence is a strong plus (gives access to more schools) Child-only Enhanced DBS required Previous experience in education / SEN desirable but not essential Why Apply: Flexible day-to-day role that gives you exposure to different school environments and student needs — great for building experience.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
