Health & Safety AdvisorMaidstone, KentPermanent�38,000 - �46,000 + Package BenefitsWe are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading industrial processing organisation at their site in Maidstone. Working within an established UK SHEQ structure, you will support operational teams, ensure compliance with legislation, and help maintain a strong, positive safety culture across the facility.Key Responsibilities:Champion the delivery of Group Health & Safety standards, empowering site teams to work safely and confidently.Lead meaningful risk assessments that drive practical, effective safety improvements across operations.Take ownership of incident and near-miss investigations, helping the site learn, adapt, and continuously improve.Carry out proactive inspections and audits, identifying opportunities to enhance safety performance and culture.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors, providing clear guidance that shapes safe, compliant working practices.About You:Experience in Health & Safety within manufacturing, waste, construction, logistics, industrial processing, or similar high-risk environments.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Health & Safety role.NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) essential; IOSH membership desirable.Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practice.Effective communicator with the ability to influence and support at all levels.Vacancy Reference: PR/028789Vacancy Owner: Daniel Kuijper | daniel.kuijper@shirleyparsons.com | (+44) 7771 374130
