Team Leader / Nursing Assistant - Nights£13.50-£14 per hourWithin Eastington (GL area) About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and confident Team Leader / Nursing Assistant to join the night team within a nursing and residential care home setting in Eastington. You will play an essential leadership role, ensuring high-quality care is delivered throughout the night and that all documentation and processes meet expected standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the night care team Safely and accurately administer medication Update and maintain care plans and assessments Review and check carers' documentation Prepare detailed handover notes and deliver effective handovers Report to and assist the Nurse in Charge (no nursing qualification required) Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with medication administration Confident with care planning, assessments and documentation Shift Details 19:30 - 08:00 Every other weekend is required Care Categories Supported Older Person Care Dementia (Mild, Moderate & Advanced/Complex) Physical Disability Visual/Hearing Impairment Permanent and Respite Care Residential & Nursing Care Dementia Residential & Dementia Nursing Care Supporting up to 68 service users About the Setting This is a well-established nursing and residential care home offering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with a range of needs.
