We advise executives, multinational corporations, public institutions and governments on the human factors behind leadership, performance, resilience, influence, culture, risk and decision-making.Our work spans:organisational psychologybehavioural analysisstrategic advisorypublic affairs & crisis communicationB2B & B2G influence advisorygeopolitical behavioural insightsrisk, culture and leadership consultingWe are seeking a Junior Consultant to support senior case leads on high-sensitivity client engagements.Role OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly articulate, exceptionally literate English speaker with strong research, writing and analytical skills to launch a consulting career with deep exposure to clients, leadership teams, and international advisory environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Consultant, you will:Support Senior Consultants in delivering diagnostic assessments, stakeholder interviews, investigative analysis and organisational researchPrepare briefing notes, client summaries, analytical reports, interview guides and presentation materialsConduct behavioural, policy, organisational and contextual researchSupport the preparation of Diagnostic Reports and client recommendationsAssist with mapping stakeholders, risk factors, geopolitical dynamics and organisational patternsContribute to public-affairs, B2B/B2G and international advisory projects as neededHelp coordinate project timelines, data collection and internal workflowMaintain strict confidentiality and follow MindFriend Pro’s Safe-Room ProtocolParticipate in client meetings (virtual & in-person), including possible international travelThis role requires a precise communicator who writes and speaks English at an exceptional level.Essential Skills & RequirementsMust-HaveNative or near-native English language ability - flawless writing, editing, reading and speakingStrong academic background (Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Political Science, IR, Law, or similar preferred)Excellent analytical and research abilitiesStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to write clearly, concisely and professionally for senior audiencesOrganised, detail-oriented, reliable and comfortable handling confidential materialAbility to work in a hybrid structure (London-based)Willingness to travel internationally when requiredProfessional maturity, discretion and good judgmentDesirable / BonusExperience or exposure to:public policygovernment environmentspublic affairspolitical scienceadvocacy or civil serviceKnowledge of organisational psychology or behavioural scienceExperience in consulting (internships count)Additional languages are a plusPersonal Attributes We Look ForNaturally curious, intellectually sharp and eager to learnEmotionally intelligent, diplomatic and professionalStrong interpersonal skills and client-facing confidenceComfortable working in sensitive, high-stakes environmentsAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasksHow to ApplySubmit your CV and a short cover letter via LinkedIn (or email if specified).
