Head of Projects -HVAC/ Mechanical £80-95k + Generous bonus schemeLondon and South EastMy client is seeking an experienced Head of Projects to lead HVAC project delivery and drive business growth with end-user clients. A key part of the role is to survey and win new work, building relationships with new clients while also developing and expanding existing customer accounts. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities Survey sites, scope requirements, and produce accurate quotes for clients, our clients aren't construction or fit out companies but end users such as Healthcare , Leisure, Hotels or Facility companies Win new work through strong client relationships , understand what they really need and helping them visualise the outcome Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional works Lead HVAC project delivery from winning, surveying ,planning and to handover Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors Manage budgets, forecasts, risk, and project performance Manage a team of 2-3 Project Managers What We’re Looking For Strong HVAC / MEP systems technical knowledge Business development confidence Proven success surveying and winning work with end-user clients Solid procurement knowledge and commercial acumen Technical understanding of HVAC systems and installationPositive and confident attitude Excellent leadership and communication skill
