As our new Sweetcorn Growing Manager, you will assume responsibility for our dedicated sweetcorn crop - situated on prime farm land across rural Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.Applications are invited from committed and proactive individuals, capable of operating efficiently in a fast paced and sometimes challenging working environment. Reporting directly to the Farms Director, candidates will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, together with the confidence of liaising at all levels both internally and externally. The Sweetcorn Growing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production & operations, ensuring efficient and effective cultivation practices to maximize yields, while maintaining our high-quality standards. You will be responsible for planning, organising, and co-ordinating activities related to planting, growing, harvesting and processing.
