Residential Property Solicitor 3-7 PQE to join this leading boutique law firm in central London!This very well-regarded London law firm with an impressive reputation across private client and commercial services, is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor (3-7 PQE) to join their growing team. This firm is known for its personable culture, high-quality work and strong client relationships across HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices and international investors. The successful candidate will enjoy a broad caseload within a supportive environment that encourages autonomy, excellence and long-term career development! The Role You will handle a varied residential property caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New-build transactions Lease extensions and enfranchisement Transfers of equity and refinancing Complex and high-value matters for domestic and international clients You'll work closely with an experienced team, while maintaining responsibility for your own files and client relationships.
