Senior Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Location: Cranleigh, GU Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00+ per hour Hours: Full‑time (36-48 hours per week) Qualification: NVQ Level 3 (essential) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Cranleigh. This role offers the opportunity to work across Residential Care and Nursing Care settings, supporting residents with compassion and professionalism. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents. Support nursing staff and care teams in daily duties. Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and documentation. Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents. Supervise and mentor junior care staff, ensuring best practice. Maintain compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding policies. Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential). Previous experience as a Senior HCA or similar role. Strong knowledge of residential and nursing care practices.
