As a Registered Nurse working with Flourish Medical, your responsibilities may include: Delivering high-quality patient care in line with best practice and clinical standards.Administering medication and monitoring patient health.Supporting patients, families, and healthcare teams with compassion and professionalism.Maintaining accurate records and adhering to safeguarding and compliance procedures.Ensuring comprehensive care plans are in place and regularly reviewed in line with NMC guidelines.Working across a range of healthcare settings depending on your preference and availability.
