In this role, you will work closely with our team of passionate educators to support our incredible students, ensuring they receive the best educational experience possible.Key Responsibilities: Morning Support: Provide focused assistance to students with SEMH needs, including ADHD and potential self-harming behaviors.Afternoon Flexibility: Aid students across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting to various educational needs.Nurturing Environment: Utilize your expertise to create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions.Foster Growth: Build positive relationships with students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development. SEN TA Responsibilities: Experience: Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and/or training in education, SEN, or child development are desirable. Please note that a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential for this role.
