Behaviour Teaching Assistant Requirements: Seeking someone who is proactive , resilient , can uphold high standards of school and get the best out of the pupils The successful candidate will be able to put the needs of the children at the forefront of what they do , taking into consideration individual special educational needs Strong understanding of SEMH, safeguarding, and child protection practices.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
