Requirements for Early Years Teaching Assistant: Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role, is preferred.Nappy Changing: Must be comfortable and experienced with nappy changing.Proactivity and Resilience: A proactive, resilient individual who upholds high standards and brings out the best in pupils.Expertise: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.Versatility: Ability to support with nappy changing and cater to individual special educational needs.Team Player: Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
