What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant is preferred.SEN Expertise: A solid understanding of special educational needs and safeguarding practices.Comfortable with Nappy Changing: Ability to assist with nappy changing as part of the role.Resilience & Proactivity: A proactive, resilient individual who thrives on bringing out the best in pupils.Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff. This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
