Your key focus will be to support students who exhibit challenging behaviours, helping them to develop positive coping strategies and re-engage with their learning in a constructive way.Key skills for this role: Experience in de-escalation and behaviour management techniques. The resilience to remain calm and consistent under pressure. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with hard-to-reach students. A firm but fair approach, and a commitment to seeing students succeed.
