Responsibilities:Prospect new clients and manage a pipeline of new accountsAcquire new clients, negotiate, and sell the BMLL vision to all new clientsGenerate a pipeline and manage of leads from lead generation to contract executionConduct detailed research and analysis of prospective clients to understand their requirements and align the BMLL solution suite accordingly.Relay prospective client feedback to the Product Team to ensure that development is in line with their needsMentor, coach and develop junior sales team membersWhat we're looking for:Successful track record of closing enterprise data, infrastructure or software salesStrong personal network within the EMEA Capital markets & Trading community is a must.Experience in structuring, driving, negotiating, and closing large ticket size contracts (>$250k - $1m ACV) with sophisticated sales to solve complex problems, and displacing competitors.Working knowledge of cloud data and technology infrastructureKnowledge of hedge fund structures and trading strategies Solid networking and relationship development skills amongst some of the most senior, respected and high-profile names in the investment management industryAbility to deliver an effective pitch and technology demonstration to customers while actively listening to customer needs, concerns and goalsWork collaboratively with the client, internal departments as well as external partners to deliver exceptional customer experience with every projectData/Fintech/Solutions sales to the hedge fund & proprietary trading community Managed full client procurement and vendor onboarding processSenior specialist in sales, business development and leadershipYou will be:A hunter with a methodical, disciplined, and insightful sales approachNetworker with a focus on long-term relationships and a trusted advisorTakes responsibility and extreme ownershipHigh attention to detailFamiliar with common sales methodology, such as MEDDPIC or Target Account SellingHigh standard of excellence, professionalism, and role model behaviourResult-oriented with high commitment, resilience and a positive attitudeExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsStrong CRM skills (Hubspot preferred)Proficiency in the use of LinkedInAbility to sell to all levels from junior buyer to CEOBenefitsCompetitive salary25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension SchemePrivate Medical InsuranceWork abroad optionLife InsuranceCombination of remote and London-based office working (3 days in office per week)A yearly Well-being Physical Activity budgetContinuous learning through funded training and challenging projectsCollaborative cultureWeekly team lunchesFree Fruit, snacks, and drinks provided throughout the day (When office-based)Regular Team SocialsCycle to Work SchemeWe are an inclusive employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
