Dove and Hawk are working alongside a high-end, multi branch estate agency looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their new office based in VauxhallDuties: Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service Proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties Addressing maintenance issues Chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes. Leveraging your strong technical knowledge of property management you will not only effectively resolve complex issues but also play a key role in training and mentoring staff, sharing your comprehensive expertise with the team. Requirements: 2 years Property Management experience Ability to organise and prioritise ones workload Be able to display High level of verbal and written communication Team player with a positive and can do attitude essential Hardworking and productive individual. Days and Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday is 9am - 5pmSalary: £35,000 OTE of £42,0001 Day WFH once Probation is passed and Final Agreement from Senior Manager.
