We work with mid-sized hospitality, food and retail clients, enterprise organisations and EU funded programmes such as EIT Food.This is a hands-on delivery and implementation role for someone who likes building, sorting and improving things. You will load content into the platform, extract material from client documents and courses, write simple scripts for microlearning and assessments, manage client questions and learner issues and keep everything running cleanly. You will be the person who makes sure the product looks good, works well and feels polished.What You Will DoPlatform Setup and Content Uploading• Upload content, assets and scripts into the Edify platform• Set up client workspaces, roles, locations and access levels• Update platform settings so the user experience is smooth• Test new features and ensure everything works as expected• Fix or flag issues quickly and document what has been done• Keep content organised, tagged and easy to find Content Extraction and Microlearning Build• Take client documents, manuals and course materials and extract what matters• Rewrite material into simple scripts that fit our microlearning format• Create/edit short assessments and knowledge checks• Make sure everything is consistent, accurate and easy to read• Maintain a clean structure so RAG ingestion will be easier later Client and Learner Support• Answer client questions clearly and in a friendly way• Support learners who have issues accessing or using the platform• Run short demos or walk throughs when needed• Track questions and spot patterns so we can improve the experience• Handle unexpected problems calmly and find practical solutions Delivery and Coordination• Manage timelines and project plans• Keep clients updated with clear communication• Coordinate with freelance designers when extra assets are needed• Keep documentation and files tidy so nothing gets lost• Improve processes, templates and workflows as you go About YouWhat helps you thrive in this role• 4–8 years’ experience in tech or SaaS delivery, implementation, or operations• Confidence using digital tools and learning new platforms fast• Comfort with simple scripting, content restructuring or assessments• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate work• Good written communication and ability to simplify complex content• Calm and practical when things change or don’t go according to plan – which is often in start ups• Able to work independently without close supervision but also close to the team Added Strengths: • Experience with edtech, knowledge management or learning content• Familiarity with AI tools or retrieval-based systems• Instructional design interest, even if not formalHow to ApplySend us your CV, two to three examples of work you have made, and availability.
