This apprenticeship offers you the chance to learn and apply best practices in nurturing children's growth and development in a stimulating environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.Engage with children and encourage them to express themselves.Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment.Work collaboratively with families to foster strong relationships.Observe and record children's progress and contribute to individual development plans.This apprenticeship offers both practical experience and a pathway to a recognised qualification in early years education.Requirements A strong passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Previous experience with children is an advantage but not essential. Must be prepared to undergo a DBS check.
