Exciting Opportunity: SIMS Administrator Role Starting January 2026 in Ealing Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced SIMS Administrator to join the administration team at a vibrant Secondary School in Ealing. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in January 2026, running for approximately one term. Role Overview: The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the school's administration systems, with a strong focus on maintaining and managing the school's SIMS package. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate staff and student records on SIMS * Follow up on missing registers and incomplete data * Deliver excellent customer service to pupils, parents, and staff * Provide reception cover during absences and lunch breaks when required Who We're Looking For: Strong, proven experience using SIMS (essential) * Excellent organisational ability and multitasking skills * Strong IT, literacy, and numeracy skills * Confident communication skills when engaging with staff, students, and parents * A proactive, independent and collaborative working style Essential Requirements: A high-level degree * Full-time availability * Prior SIMS experience * Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) * Professional references and a CV covering the last 10 years (where possible) * Legal right to work in the UK Why Join Tradewind Recruitment?
