Psychology Graduate Role Teach A-Level Psychology Full-time or 4 days a week January to Easter, with potential to extendGot a Psychology degree and an eye for behaviour, memory, and why people do what they do? They care about strong relationships, high expectations, and helping every student aim higher than they thought possible.What you’ll be doing Delivering engaging A-Level Psychology lessons with support from the department Planning and delivering content linked closely to the AQA specification Marking work and giving feedback that actually helps students improve Supporting learners with study skills, exam prep, and all things synapses and schemas Working within a friendly team who’ll help you settle in fast What they’re looking for A Psychology graduate with a solid understanding of the A-Level curriculum QTS is preferred, but experienced cover supervisors or psychology graduates with strong subject knowledge are absolutely encouraged to apply Someone who communicates clearly and brings ideas alive in the classroom A calm, curious, approachable personality A genuine belief that every student can succeed with the right support The offer Full-time, or four days a week for the right person January start until Easter, with a strong possibility of extension Paid to scale A warm, forward-thinking Sixth Form with great pastoral support Why work with Protocol Education?
