Job Title: Primary Special Needs Support AssistantLocation: ChoppingtonContract type: Long Term TemporaryLeader Education are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding school that supports children aged 3-19.In this role, you will work closely with children with SEND, including those with PMLD, speech, language and communication needs, as well as physical and sensory needs. You will assist pupils in overcoming barriers to learning by providing targeted support, implementing specialist strategies, and helping access a well-resourced curriculum. Pupils at this school follow a primary-based model of learning.Ofsted has praised the school, stating that pupils thrive due to the exceptional relationships staff build with them.The standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:40 am to 3:40 pm, and Friday from 8:40 am to 2:40 pm, totalling 31.5 hours per week.
