Electrical Wire Person - Taunton Taunton | Up to £37,000 per annum | Mon-Thu 8am - 4:30pm, Fri 8am - 1:30pm | Permanent | Full time Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Electrical Wire Person to join a well-established engineering company in Taunton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in electrical wiring and a passion for building and wiring control panels and machines. Key Duties Wire electrical components including motors, drives, relays, transformers, and HMIs. Wire machines, including trunking, cable trays, junction boxes, and sensors. Troubleshoot and fault-find on electrical systems. Read and interpret electrical drawings. Requirements Fully time-served electrician, with control panel or on-machine wiring experience preferred. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Own hand tools required. What We Offer Competitive salary up to £37,000 per annum. Early finish on Fridays. Overtime rates: weekdays x1.3, weekends x1.5. Permanent, full-time role with a reputable employer. Excellent location within walking distance of Taunton town centre.
