Maintenance Scheduler/Planner Required Location: Skelmersdale, Greater ManchesterJob Type: Temporary (4 months initially)Start Date: Immediate or notice periodIndustry: Facilities Management | Property ServicesSalary: £12.70 - £14.20Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week) About the Role: We're currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Planner to join a leading maintenance provider based in Skelmersdale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with planning or scheduling experience within the FM/Property Services sector to join a supportive team with training provided. This role is initially temporary for 3-4 months, with a potential to be extended. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance work from the helpdesk Handle client calls and log faults accurately Monitor the progress of multiple PPMs, updating relevant stakeholders on any delays Support daily operation of the CAFM system Assist Team Leaders with scheduling and task management Monitor and report on CAFM data (PPM and reactive maintenance) Ensure accuracy in services data management and reporting Requirements: Previous experience using CAFM systems (desirable) Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience working for a Facilities Management or property services company Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or a similar role Excellent organisational and communication skills If you are interested in the role, please send your CV or call Jess on 01618869670 Key terms: Maintenance Planner, Manchester, Maintenance, Facilities Management
