Job DescriptionWhat will you be doing? The Payroll Manager will assist the Head of Payroll to develop and support the Payroll Team to ensure the monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time for over 2,500 colleagues.This is a Fixed Term Contract role for a period of 6 months to cover a colleague on maternity leave and based in our London, Gresham Street office. We will also consider applications from other geographical locations to be based at our other group-wide offices.As a Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include among others,Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the payroll for the GroupProduce payroll reports and assist in preparation of payroll journals for posting to financeLiaise closely with Company pension scheme administrators and complete monthly uploadsComplete required statutory filings such as Monthly RTI and Annual FilingsKeep up to date with relevant regulations/legislation and determine the impact of any changesWork collaboratively with HR Operations, Reward and Group Tax to ensure that payroll is delivered effectivelyMaintain employee, partner, and pensioner data in NetSuite Payroll, updating information when necessarySubject matter expert in start to end payroll processing
