You will enhance the client experience by gathering feedback, improving service delivery, and helping to build strong relationships with major financial institutions.Job responsibilities of the Danish Speaking Client Service Associate Communicate directly with major banks and financial institutions in DenmarkSupport sales teams with client administration and reportingCoordinate operational and administrative processes across departmentsProduce reports and insights on prospective clients and market activityServe as a point of contact or subject matter expert as your responsibilities growWork under the guidance of the Client Service Team Leader with full training provided. Candidate Profile, Skills and BackgroundFluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related fieldStrong communication and administrative skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Interest in asset management and investment servicesTeam-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
