We’re looking for SEN Tutors who can offer calm, personalised, one-to-one support to pupils who need alternative learning approaches.These roles are centred around building confidence, breaking learning into manageable steps, and finding creative ways to help each pupil stay engaged and feel successful.About the tutoring roles
Working 1:1 with pupils who are learning outside of a mainstream classroom
Delivering tailored sessions based on each pupil’s needs, interests, and learning targets
Supporting children with SEND, including autism, SEMH needs, ADHD, and communication differences
Helping pupils grow in confidence, routine, and self-belief
Providing clear, consistent feedback and working closely with our team to track progress
What we’re looking for
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, in or out of school
Confidence delivering learning in a flexible, adaptable way
Someone patient, encouraging, and able to build strong rapport
Good communication and the ability to keep sessions structured and purposeful

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
